Fundraising Criteria
Three capital collection sources:
- Private investors, HNWI, or family offices. We provide services in wealth planning and asset management advisory.
- Club deals arranging. Thanks to their many years of experience in Private Equity, Jaxster Partners offer investment opportunities (Club Deals) through Newco created ad hoc. Projects are identified by the Partners. We search for investors who are already involved in these industries or have an interest. We collect capitals ad hoc for each investment so that we can leverage on partners' and investors’ synergies and complementary commercial agreements to support the target;
- Infrastructural funds involvement can be necessary due to large investment sizes (i.e. renewables).
We grant access to industries’ leading referral funds (private, preferred, infrastructure or debt) and support in investment prospects and presentation. Our expertise is largely recognized on the market and can be the first added value to support your project.

Two ways to deal origination:
- From BP to realization: from market analysis to project realization. We identify a market that has the characteristics that we like (unbundled, little managerial, little manned, etc.) and create the first line of ad-hoc management (ex. Hippo or Sonora) who is responsible for developing a business plan from scratch.
- The entrepreneur comes to us with a proposal: after having analyzed and refined it, we define a strategy and share a BP. We provide contacts, finance and skills to accelerate growth. We appreciate especially buy-and-build and build-up projects (ex. RB, Garbage)
Jaxster Capital adopts a buy&build strategy. This involved acquisitions of companies by another company, Italian or foreign, in whose capital is already present, almost always in a control position, Jaxster Capital or another financial investor, for example, a vehicle owned by a private investor club (club deal).
This popular strategy in the world can exploit the best advantages in Italy due to the great fragmentation of many industrial sectors and the small average size of our companies compared to other European countries.
